At about 8-9 weeks of age, for the best food nutrition and health, we begin to mix this great food half and half with Instinct by Nature's Variety Original Grain-Free for all life stages dry food. This is the food mix your kitten will be coming home to you eating along with the Fancy Feast Kitten canned food.
Free feed all dry food (meaning available for them to eat at all times) and feeding the canned kitten food 2 cans per day morning and night.
At 16 weeks of age discontinue the Royal Canin Mother & Baby Cat Dry Food, and plan to feed the Instinct by Nature's Variety Original Grain-Free for the rest of your cats life. Changing the Canned kitten food over to Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers Canned Food. You can continue the canned food with 2 cans a day or decrease to only 1 can, but be sure to continue to offer canned foods at least once a day for life.
