 Extra pre-adoption testing can be provided for additional fees, based on tests requested by you. 

We REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE -DEPOSIT for choice of pet kitten, in order of date of deposit, along with a signed contract, to get onto our wait list, or to hold any kitten until it is old enough to go home.  we accept Postal money order, Venmo or ZELLE  (account info provided only after approval of adoption)  Please do NOT send deposit without approval, we will not be responsible for return of any monies paid without prior approval.  DO NOT SEND cash through the mail. We will NOT guarantee it.

Kitten needs to be paid for in full as CASH ONLY at the time of Pick up.

NO KITTEN WILL LEAVE OUR POSSESSION WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED. 

All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered at the owner/buyers expense.  Alteration must be completed by a certified vet prior to 7 months of age with proof of spay/neuter provided to us as per contract.  We DO NOT provide registration papers for any pet adoptions.

Occasionally we have older kittens and adult cats needed forever homes. These Cats are available for adoption at a lower adoption fee. Please contact us for details.
